Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts are designed for a comfortable everyday fit. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up. Be sure to check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How should I wash my apparel?
For best results:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry on low or hang up to air dry
- Avoid ironing directly on the design

Yes. Every PixelTRex™ item is made to order just for you, which helps reduce waste and supports small-batch production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping on all products.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
