Refunds & Replacements Policy
All PixelTRex™ items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To report an issue, please email support@pixeltrex.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If your claim is verified and approved, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Change of mind
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Replacements
If your item qualifies due to damage, defect, or error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not require you to return the original item in these cases.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it is issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@pixeltrex.com.
